Mixed Fresh Berries Juice-Smoothie

Mixed berries are loaded with various vitamins, minerals, antioxidants, and other beneficial compounds that can boost your immune system, and what is the best of all, they taste great.

While frozen berries are available year long, fresh berries taste so much better - if You have your own garden or can get fresh, organic berries, feel free to enjoy them from time to time.

The recipe is simple and straightforward - pick preferred fruits/berries, put them in the juicer/blender, add few cubes of ice, blend everything and enjoy the juicer/smoothie.

In this recipe, we use some blackberries, blueberries, and raspberries, combined with some white/red grapes and few ice cubes.

Put everything in the juicer/blender and mix everything thoroughly. By adding more ice cubes, especially during summer, the juice becomes very refreshing and thicker, until the ice completely melts.

On the other hand, if You are blending everything, adding some water can make juice thinner, despite all the pulp and seeds still being in the juice.

And people who don't like having pulp and/or seeds in the juice should go for a slow/masticating juicer with good pulp/seeds removal.

But, even a smallish blender to-go can do the job well.

Depending on the method, this juice can be kept in the fridge for few hours to few days.

Personally, just pour it into the glass and enjoy this refreshing drink.

Depending on the amount of added ice or water, this mix can be drunk or even eaten with a spoon.
