The recipe is very simple - all one needs is some frozen mixed berries and a low-fat or cottage cheese.
In a suitable, tall pot put some frozen mixed berries - the lower part of shaker bottles will do just fine.
Add some low-fat or cottage cheese. Also, depending on desired consistency and temperature, add some cold or warm (warm, not hot!) water - vary amount of water according to your own needs.
Using a hand stick blender, blend berries and cheese. When just a little cold water is added, the smoothie has the consistency of thick berry icecream. When warmer water is added, one can easily simply drink a thick berry smoothie.
And that's all - a healthy mixed berries protein smoothie is prepared.
